We offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Secure Shopping: Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once your order has been processed any payment details are permanently deleted from our records. We do not store customer payment information.
Personal Information: Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
Payment: Payment for goods can be made by Credit Card – we accept either VISA or MASTERCARD through our secure online payment system, and PayPal. The payment will appear on your statement as being made to ‘Mwezi Blu Ltd’.

Availability: Information displayed on this site relating to availability is subject to change by us without notice.
We cannot guarantee permanent or continuous availability of all products on this site but will endeavour to keep the  site information up to date and mark items that are sold out as such. All orders are subject to availability at all times.
Individuality of items: All Mwezi Blu products are hand-crafted. We will make every effort to ensure that products shown on the website match or closely resemble those that are purchased by you. However, due to the hand-made nature of materials variations are to be expected. Each item purchased is unique and may therefore differ slightly from the advertised product. If you purchase more than one item of the same product, we cannot guarantee that each item will be identical.
Our Promise of Quality: All items are quality checked before being carefully wrapped and dispatched to ensure safe transit. Goods can only be replaced or refunded if shown to be faulty or damaged. Please see our Shipping & Returns Page.
Pricing: We shall use every endeavour to ensure that the prices are correct. Pricing is subject to change without notice, but the prices displayed on the site at the time the order is placed will be the prices applied to that order. Where the correct price of goods is less than our published price, we will charge the lower amount on dispatch. If the correct price of the goods is higher than the price stated on our site, we may reject your order at our discretion, in which case we will notify you of such rejection and the correct price for the goods. Unless stated otherwise, all prices exclude VAT and delivery but are calculated at checkout.
Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel, you must send us an email to within 24 hours of purchase. Any payment made will be refunded to the card used for payment within 10 business days. We is not responsible for any losses on exchange rates or bank commission charges incurred during this refund.
Cancellation by Mwezi Blu: We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if, for example:
•    we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
•    we cannot deliver to your area; or
•    one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 10 business days of your order.
Title and Risk: You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and we have received clear funds in full payment for the goods. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Liability: We are not responsible if you cannot access the site properly or at all because of any event outside our control, for example (without limitation) the performance of your or our ISP, your browser or the internet.
This site relies in part on software to work. Whilst we will monitor the site, we cannot guarantee that the site or any individual feature of the site will be error free, available all the time and/or free from viruses.
It is your responsibility to implement appropriate IT security safeguards (including anti-virus and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements as to the safety and reliability of content.
Events beyond our Control: We will have no liability to you for any delay in delivering goods you have ordered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion, military coup or government intervention.
Invalidity: If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these terms will not be affected.

Refunds and Replacements

All items are quality checked before being carefully wrapped and dispatched to ensure safe transit. If you are not happy with your purchased goods and believe them to be faulty please send us an email within 7 days of receipt and a detailed photograph showing the problem and we will provide a replacement product. Privacy Policy

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential. When you shop on this website, we will ask you to input and we will collect Personal Information from you such as your name, address, and  email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Consent: When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Wix Stores: Our store is hosted on Wix Stores. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases and the general Wix application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: Wix stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
