SHIPPING POLICY
Mwezi Blu jewellery is carefully hand-crafted by our wonderful team. Once online order is placed items will be dispatched within 7-10 working days
We ship Worldwide using DHL.
UK based orders will be shipped using Royal Mail.
Zambian orders will be shipped using DHL, alternatively orders can be shipped using Zega or Jonda bus.
Zambian alternative way of shipping will be discussed and confirmed prior dispatch.

UK Royal Mail(2-3 business days) - $8
Zambian shipping via DHL (2-5 business days) - $8
International shipping via DHL (2-4 business days) - $15
UK and Zambia taxes are calculated at checkout.
Please note International orders may be liable for custom & duty charges, which will be calculated by DHL based on the country of delivery address. The customer is liable to cover these charges. If it is not done within the DHL provided time frame, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your beautifully unique and carefully hand-made jewellery.
However if you'd like to submit a return:
Online orders can be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of their ship date. Sadly we cannot cover the return shipping cost.
Please email us at info@mweziblu.com or submit a contact form on our website for the return address and instructions.
Once return is received the refund will be processed within 2-5working days.
Items can be exchanged within 30 days of their ship date. If you'd like to exchange please email us at info@mweziblu.com or submit a contact form on our website.
