Our Story
Mwezi Blu is a young jewellery brand with its beginnings happening under the most iconic of full moons - September's Harvest Moon.
Based in The South Luangwa Valley, Zambia, Mwezi Blu's team connects with other local artisans by searching for the most exceptional skill and materials.
With expertise across design, jewellery making and fashion, and armed with a passion for creativity and meticulous craftsmanship, our brand is firmly rooted in Zambia and its abundance of artistry.

The goal is and always will be to create exceptional jewellery pieces that carry a passion for jewellery, skill, and Africa. With a focus on sustainability, job creation, skill sharing and ethical sourcing of handcrafted materials, each and every piece will always be truly unique.
Mwezi Blu is about empowering our local community.
With our focus on skill development, a jewellery school will also begin alongside our workshop. With specialised training in metalsmithing, gemmology, design, and jewellery making to provide and grow employment opportunities in this rural part of the country.
This is a first of its kind in Zambia, and as artisans graduate Mwezi Blu will celebrate these students, who have become masters of their craft by collaborating with them to create beautiful jewellery and showcase the diverse collection of gemstones that Zambia has to offers.
