Mwezi Blu is a young fine jewellery brand in Zambia, created under the glow of the September Harvest Moon in South Luangwa. Here, where nature, beauty, and tradition meet, we craft jewellery that carries both heritage and hope for the future.

Rooted in the heart of Zambia’s South Luangwa Valley, we are passionate about showcasing the country’s natural treasures through exceptional craftsmanship and innovative design. Every piece of jewellery we create is intentional, designed with purpose, skill, and research.

Our jewellers are trained in the same traditional jewellery-making techniques that were practiced thousands of years ago. From sand casting to hand-forging, the tools may be refined, but the essence of the craft remains unchanged.

These are universal goldsmithing and silversmithing skills, the kind that mean our makers could walk into any fine jewellery workshop in the world and belong.

Mwezi Blu is more than jewellery. We are a platform for skill development and opportunity. Many of our jewellers are recent school leavers, trained from scratch in both technical craft and life skills.

Even our sale advisors gains transferable skills, from sales training to digital learning, that prepare them for opportunities anywhere. At Mwezi Blu, empowerment is not a side note; it’s our mission.

We take pride in sourcing Zambia’s most exquisite gemstones, including the world-renowned Zambian emeralds, directly from independent stone cutters and artisan miners. Our commitment to ethical jewellery in Africa ensures every gem, every gram of silver, and every piece of gold is fully traceable to its source.
