Having been with Mwezi Blu for almost a year, Emmanuel was drawn to the brand by its powerful story.

Emmanuel is born and bred in South Luangwa, the very place where Mwezi Blu was founded. His deep connection to the region makes his role even more meaningful, as he represents both the origins of the brand and its growth into new spaces.

For him, a typical day is both exciting and detail-driven. He begins by setting priorities for the sales team, motivating them, and making sure they’re equipped to provide outstanding service. On the floor, his focus is on customer engagement and visual merchandising, making sure every display tells its own story of beauty and craftsmanship.

Recently, Emmanuel has taken on an even bigger role as he now oversees our Lusaka Shop, bringing the Mwezi Blu experience to the capital city. His leadership ensures that whether in South Luangwa or Lusaka, customers receive the same warmth, attention, and storytelling through jewelry.

Team management, staff training, and building customer relationships are Emmanuel’s strongest skills. But what he values most is creating lasting connections.
